1 ) INTRODUCTION
All scholars at all degrees of education and experience require honed employability skills like a prerequisite to entering the work market. This kind of unit offers learners a chance to assess and develop a comprehension of their responsibilities and performance in or the moment entering the workplace. Learners will consider the skill sets required for general employment just like interpersonal and transferable skills, and understand the dynamics of working with others in groups or groupings, and the need for leadership and communication skills.
